What is Energy Clearing?

Our bodies are constantly speaking to us about our physical well-being, and they are also communicating to us about the state of our mind and emotions. Our bodies are the grounding, the physicalization, of the energy that is us---our soul, if you will. 

Energy Clearing is a process of listening to the wisdom of the body.  By using kinesthetic communication we can release emotions, thoughts or other energetic interferences that no longer serve us and return the freshly restored energy to its natural place in the body.

Each session begins with the process of setting positive intentions about what you want—physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually. The session continues with the practitioner listening to your body, asking "yes or no” questions which will identify and release the energy that is no longer serving you. We then ask Source energy to be brought in to replace the released energy. If needed, plant and flower essences are used to ground the new energy in the body.

Energy Clearing allows us to release what we are ready and willing to let go; it never takes us further than we are ready to go. It is a gentle, yet powerful, process that is guided by the client’s body.  It is a complementary modality that harmonizes well with other healing practices; it does not diagnose or treat disease itself.
