Lori Fenner

Lori Fenner, CMT, Reiki Master, has been with Meridian since January 2009, having gained extensive experience as a Massage Therapist throughout the San Joaquin Valley. Her modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Tuina, Polarity, Prenatal, Chakra Balancing, Ear Candling, and Mayan Abdominal Massage. Every session with Lori is a custom blend of techniques and years of experience to meet each client’s individual needs that day. She practices Advanced CranioSacral Therapy, as well as Certified Therapeutic Massage and Reiki since 2005. Lori is trained in suicide intervention from ASIST. She offers a $10.00 discount off all services as a means of honoring service personnel and families of Military, Peace Officer and Fire.

She has completed CST coursework through the Upledger Institute training in CranioSacral Therapy I and II, Somato Emotional Release I and II, CranioSacral for OB, Pediatrics 1 and 2, and Advanced CST. She continues to participate in Clinical Applications courses and study groups involving all aspects of CST. Lori is a teaching assistant for the Upledger Intitute for CST-1 and Obstetrics. As well as a Teaching Assistant for CST for Parents classes at Meridian.

Lori is working toward obtaining her National Doula Certification, and has performed CST during labor & delivery to many families. In fact, she is the second person in the nation to perform CST during a cesarean birth (the first person was our own Carol McLellan on a military base, and Lori was in a civilian hospital.)

In addition to being a hands-on practitioner, specializing in sensory disorders and autism, Lori manages and mentors for our low-cost Children’s Clinic. With an immediate family member serving on active duty, she is honored to be a volunteer practitioner at our Veterans Clinics.

Meridian is always pleased when Lori graces us with the benefit of her experience as a Yoga Instructor through classes and workshops. Lori is proud to have trained with Michael Eakin in Stockton, and has received Yoga training in Clovis, Lodi, Fresno and San Luis Obispo, as well. She has trained in and taught Hatha, Anusara, Children’s, Christian, Meditation, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Partner, Gentle, Beginning, Levels I-III and Power Flow Yoga.

Her most important and fulfilling passion is being Grammy to her perfect 2 year-old grandson, Zakk.
